These Terms of Service define the rules for using the platform, as well as the rights and obligations of users and the administrator.

Use of the platform requires acceptance of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
§2 Conditions of Use

Access to courses requires registration and login on the platform.

The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration.

The user is required to keep their password confidential and not share their account with others.
§3 Rights and Obligations of the User

The user has the right to access educational content available in courses to which they have been granted access.

The user agrees to use the platform in a manner consistent with applicable law and good practices.

The following are prohibited:

publishing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes copyright,

taking actions that disrupt the operation of the platform,

copying and distributing materials without the consent of the author or administrator.

§4 Rights and Obligations of the Administrator

The administrator ensures the operation of the platform and provides technical support within the limits of organizational capacity.

The administrator may temporarily restrict access to the platform for maintenance or update purposes.

The administrator may delete the account of a user who violates the Terms of Service.
§5 Liability

The administrator shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the platform caused by force majeure or technical issues beyond their control.

The administrator shall not be liable for content published by users within courses.
§6 Final Provisions

The Terms of Service may be amended, and users will be notified of any such changes.

Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by Polish law.
